About BEN

BEN is a network of small businesses in East Limerick and North Cork.  The aim of the network is to support businesses through the exchange of ideas and information, helping members to generate business, and strengthening the rural economy.  The network is organised by a committee of seven local business people, supported by a representative from Ballyhoura Development.

Owning a small business can be a lonely activity.  That’s why the Ballyhoura Enterprising Network (BEN) was set up. Members of BEN have access to a wealth of experience and advice from small business owners throughout North Cork and East Limerick.
